Thank you for choosing Raw Hair Guru, LLC! We understand that occasionally you may need to return an item. This policy outlines our guidelines for doing so.

  • Eligible Items:

    You may return or exchange unopened and unworn hair extensions within 14 days of receiving your order, excluding clearance and sale items.

    Ineligible Items:

    • Clearance and sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

    • Lace products (full lace wigs, lace closures, and lace frontals) are also final sale due to their delicate nature and cannot be returned, exchanged, or replaced.

    Return Process:

    1. Contact Us: Before returning your item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order by emailing [email protected] with your order number and a brief description of the issue.

    2. Ship Your Return: Securely pack the unopened and unworn item(s) in the original packaging (if possible). Include the ship the package to the address provided using a traceable postal carrier with a signature confirmation.

    Important Notes:

    • You are responsible for all return shipping costs.

    • We are not responsible for lost items in transit.

    • Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we will issue a store credit to your account, minus a $35 restocking fee.

    • Store credit expires after 60 days and cannot be redeemed for cash.

    • Orders placed with store credit will not be eligible for additional promotions that have ended.
